At Belladonna Creatrix, we stand behind everything we carry. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility We accept returns on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the item.
Due to the nature of our products — including herbs, apothecary goods, teas, and consumables — opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. All sales on these items are final once opened.
Apparel and accessories may be returned unworn and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened apothecary, herbal, or consumable products
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital products or downloads
Return Process Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we'll cover the cost.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
