Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times We work with third-party suppliers to fulfill your orders. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (US): 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Multiple Suppliers Some orders may ship in separate packages from different suppliers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order — this is normal and not an error.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at [your email] with your order number and we'll investigate with the supplier.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
